These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Zürich, or as otherwise agreed.

10. Arbitration / Class Action Waiver

We may revise these Terms. Changes posted will include a new “Effective Date.” Continued use = acceptance.
